On the Road again, just can't wait to get on the Road again....



King and Queen Case       

      Here stands The King and Queen upon their Mountain :) It couldn't have been a nicer day to drive over the Rainer Mountains! We stopped along side the road at a view point to take this Royal photo. After a obtaining a slight chill we decided it was time to move on. We were not able to see the number of elk that we saw the last trip over (April 19th, 2011), but did get to see a few just past packwood. The conversations were endless...Dad and Bonica couldn't stop talking.....heeheehee. Do any of you believe that. We made sure to find a local COFFEE stand where we treated ourselves to.... coffees and hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin, and my pa says he doesn't have a sweet tooth anymore....Horse Feathers! I guess we can't complain because it's lost calories to be refound.

   We then drove to a spot on Hwy 12 were we looked over and saw the most beautiful colorful carpet of color that God could have placed before our eyes....a tulip field that I just had to get pictures of the King and Queen at. Once again a perfect ride over the mountain. Since it was the mountain we were not receiving cellular service so it wasn't until we hit Hwy 5 that I got a voice mail message.....appt miss scheduled at 4pm, it was to be at 1:30pm. Can we make it in time........

     The Chariot must drive faster...we only have 1hr and 15min to get there. In the mean time Rick (my brother) had safely arrived at the hotel and was told he would have to run to OHSU gastric health center and meet us......no problem :)
     After stuck in traffic we were only 10mins late, That was even after several calls from my brother saying..."whats taking you guys so long...your really slow", Dad (the King) threw his queen and princess under the wagon and said....."they keep stopping". Pay back King Case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
